AUBURN TIGERS NEWS: ‘The Tigers’ In Head Lead As Tanner Bauman Secures A 4-2 Victory Against Alabama In A Three-Game Series. As The Football Program Is Set To Host Three Official Visitors This Weekend.

This weekend, Auburn’s baseball team plays Alabama in a three-game series, and they won the first game. Senior Tanner Bauman’s pitching was a major contributor to the Tigers’ 4-2 victory over the Tide.

In six innings, Bauman gave up just two runs on five hits and struck out eight batters, setting a career high for both strikeouts and innings pitched. Cade Belyeu, a rookie, gave the Tigers an early lead in the eighth inning with a home run to seal the victory.

The series’ second game will air tonight on SEC Network+ at 6:00 p.m. At five o’clock on Saturday, there will be game three.

This weekend, Auburn football will welcome three official guests.

The formal visitation season has begun as summer approaches, and over the following few months, the Auburn football program will welcome a large number of prospects to campus for visits. A running back and two offensive lineman will be officially visiting the Plains this weekend.

Four-star Malachi Goodman from Paramus, New Jersey, is the first offensive lineman. Goodman, who is ranked as the #10 IOL and the #6 prospect in his state for the recruiting class of 2025, earned an offer from the Tigers in March and is currently being chased by some of the nation’s best institutions.

He has scheduled official visits to Penn State, Georgia, USC, Alabama and Auburn in addition to

Five-star offensive tackle Andrew Babalola is the second offensive lineman headed to the Plains. Babalola, a native of Overland Park, Kansas, is rated as the top prospect in his state and the #4 OT in the 2025 recruiting class. Babalola, who was courted by Alabama, Michigan, and Texas A&M, will be making his second visit to the university after being there in March of this year.

Ousmane Kromah, a four-star running back from Leesburg, Georgia, is the last official guest. Georgia and Florida State are vying for Kromah, the #4 running back in the class of 2025 and the #10 recruit out of Georgia, but Auburn is holding out for him.
