On Friday’s broadcast of WWE SmackDown, Cody Rhodes faced undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
Rhodes and Reigns shared the ring for SmackDown’s main event promo segment, during which the two Superstars exchanged words on the microphone.
Reigns had vowed to appear alone for the segment and kept his word, but shortly after the chat, Rhodes found himself facing Reigns, Solo Sikoa, and Jimmy Uso in a 3-on-1 match.
Before The Bloodline could assault, Jey Uso and Seth Rollins intervened to even the odds against Reigns and his men. As SmackDown ended, all six men exchanged passionate stares.
